The CDK range has the following benefits;

• The base frame and support structure is well designed, solid construction techniques are employed
• Unique patented 3 in 1 Stainless steel plate to plate heat exchanger with the separator combined into the heat exchangers, reliable separation at all flow rates. The cross flow design separates condensate as soon as they form
• Unique separator design, UL / CE / PED certified with exceptional thermal transfer abilities and very low pressure drops
• The patented high thermal efficiency exchanger design ejects condensate into a spacious gallery reducing the possibility of ice blockages. The design shortens the air flow path by 30% and the smooth surfaces eliminate the possibility of oil accumulation in the heat A problem that easily occurs in a typical plate and bar exchanger set. C/air inlet temperature may be as high as 65°C *1
• Only quality freon compressors are fitted, Copeland, Hitachi and Mitsubishi all using Eco Friendly approved gases
• CAREL® control panels are used, they provide comprehensive data and ensure that setups are accurate. Password protection is employed to ensure the dryers performance is held within factory Graduated LP and HP gas gauges are fitted on CDK10> dryers.
• Condenser Coils are standard with proven anti-corrosion blue fin coatings, this enhances the condenser life an inhibits corrosion in harsh environments
• The units are proudly designed and manufactured in Thailand
